Conveyancing
Samantha Van Rooyen heads our highly experienced conveyancing team, which assists clients with all property law matters, including sales, sub-division, consolidation or extending your sectional title unit. Samantha is knowledgeable in the areas of sectional title, share blocks as well as freehold transfers. We are also experts in the drafting and preparation of all bonds including notarial contracts. With the recent amendment to the Sectional Titles Act, we can assist Body Corporates with disputes, arrear levy collections and the extensions of sections.
The department is supported by a highly skilled and knowledgeable team of conveyancing paralegals who keep in close and regular contact with estate agents, sellers, purchasers and banks.
DMF also serves on the panels of leading financial institutions.

Deceased Estates
Our team is exceptionally skilled and experienced in the winding-up and administration of deceased Estates and Testamentary and Inter Vivos Trusts. We will advise on the planning of your Estate, working with your professional financial advisors or accountant, utilising the various Estate planning options available to you.
We will also advise on compiling a schedule of documentation to be kept with your Will to make it easier for the Executor to wind up your Estate when the time comes.
